Manuel Rejano (1929-1994) :
He joined the School of Watercolourists of Madrid in the middle of the 60’s. From 1969 he was a member of the National Association of Painters and Sculptors…and from the 80’s, of the Association of Spanish Writers and Artists.
Manuel Rejano has been a point of reference for numerous artists, giving to this technique, so simple at first sight but so difficult due to the impossibility of corrections, an incomparable transparency, all his compositions, from the simplest to the most elaborate, are captured with a suggestive personal style, always offering a beautiful, original and high quality product.
He is considered by specialists as one of the ten best Spanish watercolourists.
He developed most of his artistic work between Ceuta, Madrid and the town of La Alberca in Salamanca.
