In 1910 it opened a shop in Barcelona with the aim of attracting the Catalan bourgeoisie as its clientele.

In 1934, the third generation took control and after the civil war, opened the emblematic boutique on Gran Via 8 in Madrid.

In 1945 the Boxcalf bag was created, which became a classic of the firm.

In 1948 a shop was opened in San Sebastian.

In 1951 Loewe S.A. was set up to bring in new investors and during the 50s and 60s, shops were opened in: Bilbao, Valencia, Palma de Mallorca, Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Tenerife. In 1963 the first shop was opened in London and in 1969 the second, in Old Bond Street, frequented by the Duke and Duchess of Windsor.

In the 1970s, Karl Lagerfeld and Armani were hired to design the ready-to-wear collections, both in leather and fabrics. In 1973, a shop was opened in Tokyo and in 1976 in Hong Kong.

In 1975, the Amazona bag was created by Dario Rossi, designed to be carried at any time and in any place, with its characteristic elements: corner protectors that reinforce the bag, the flaps and, as the only adornment, the anagram composed of the four L’s. Made up of 61 different pieces and made of Napa 7000, considered the highest quality leather in the world, the bag is made in Napa 7000, the highest quality leather in the world.

In 1984 another of the icons of the house was born, the Flamenco and the silk scarves.
